Our weekly, topic-driven meetings are dynamic and ever-evolving. While we have planned topics for each month, the magic unfolds in our interactions. The wisdom we share and co-create together leads to continuous evolution and growth.
Our founder, Jen Mallory, a seasoned and ICF-certified human potential and mental fitness coach, uses her training to facilitate the conversations. Her guidance allows all participants to share and be heard, fostering an environment where your insights are impactful.
To make the most of your membership, you’re encouraged to attend as many Friday Idea Lab calls as possible, (at 8am ET, 12pm ET or both). Then dedicate 5 minutes a day to contemplate the discussion and integrate your insights into your life – the results will amaze you.
As a member, you'll gain priority access to semi-annual retreats and special local meet-ups. And every quarter, there's an evening call open to anyone (free for monthly members, paid for associate members).

Living Your Legacy Monthly One-on-One Coaching
Living Your Legacy is a six month program that aligns your inspiration, aspiration and motivation to create a personal and professional life of your dreams.
Working in three stages, we will
1) Unearth deeply held values that are foundational to your legacy
2) Examine the patterns, the thoughts and habits that have repeatedly sabotaged your vision
3) Mitigate those self-sabotaging behaviors and address the energy-zappers that keep you from living your legacy
At the end of the program, you will emerge calm, confident, sure of yourself with a uniquely aligned plan to help you Live Your Legacy, every day.
Six months of private, one on one coaching, includes:
* Two 45-minute monthly calls
* Two 15-minute monthly laser coaching calls
* Full Positive Intelligence 6 week Boot Camp, with weekly 1-hour POD call and app access for one year

Welcome to Ingenious People GROW, the exclusive monthly subscription program tailored for advanced practitioners of Positive Intelligence.
Program Overview: Ingenious People GROW is a continuation of the Mental Fitness for Ingenious People program, specially curated for those who have successfully completed the initial 8 week book camp, and are committed to further enhancing their mental resilience and well-being. This advanced program is limited to a small group of 10 participants, creating an intimate and focused learning environment.
Monthly Subscription: Participants in Ingenious People GROW benefit from a convenient monthly subscription plan, ensuring continuous access to valuable content, group coaching sessions, and an inspiring community of like-minded individuals. The subscription auto-renews each month, allowing members to stay engaged in their positive transformation without interruption.
Exploring Your Legacy Three Month Thought Partnership
A three-month Thought Partnership for professional women to step beyond the complexity of life and give voice to unexpressed wisdom. The result: a new framework that aligns personal values with passions, skills and what the world needs for the ultimate in personal and professional fulfillment.
Together we will:
1) Unearth deeply held values that are foundational to your legacy
2) Examine what life could be like for you aligning what you love to do with what the world needs
3) Explore aligning psychology, biology and environment to bring energy and focus
THE FORMAT
Our work together unfolds over four dedicated sessions per month:
- Weeks 1 & 3: Thought Partnering (45 minutes, Zoom): Delve into deeper dimensions of thought through a blend of coaching and insightful exercises.
- Weeks 2 & 4: Check-In (15 minutes, Phone): Reflect on your discoveries, observations, and refine your personalized path of exploration.
- Final Session: Culmination (45 minutes): Celebrate your progress, fine-tune your plan, and address any lingering questions.
While the exploration is designed to be completed in three months, I understand that scheduling conflicts arise, so you have the flexibility to complete the work within five months.
THE RESULTS
By the end of this journey, you will have:
