Product Exploring Your Legacy Three Month Thought Partnership

A three-month Thought Partnership for professional women to step beyond the complexity of life and give voice to unexpressed wisdom. The result: a new framework that aligns personal values with passions, skills and what the world needs for the ultimate in personal and professional fulfillment.

Together we will:

1) Unearth deeply held values that are foundational to your legacy
2) Examine what life could be like for you aligning what you love to do with what the world needs
3) Explore aligning psychology, biology and environment to bring energy and focus

THE FORMAT
Our work together unfolds over four dedicated sessions per month:

Weeks 1 & 3: Thought Partnering (45 minutes, Zoom): Delve into deeper dimensions of thought through a blend of coaching and insightful exercises.
Weeks 2 & 4: Check-In (15 minutes, Phone): Reflect on your discoveries, observations, and refine your personalized path of exploration.
Final Session: Culmination (45 minutes): Celebrate your progress, fine-tune your plan, and address any lingering questions.

While the exploration is designed to be completed in three months, I understand that scheduling conflicts arise, so you have the flexibility to complete the work within five months.

By the end of this journey, you will have:

Refined your core values and created bespoke principles for decision-making.
Identified your Ikigai as a guide for aligning your values, passions, skills, and actions with the world's needs.
Explored your well-being through biohacking, making strategic tweaks to enhance your energy, focus, and resilience.

You will emerge with a clear vision and tools to apply to design your next chapter, whether it's a career transition, retirement, or a new personal endeavor.

I offer a 10% discount for full payment at the start of our engagement. When you pay in full, if you decide to cancel our coaching agreement, I will refund the money for the future months we do not work together.

Exploring Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Exploring Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching ("the Program"). By enrolling in this Program, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Description: The Exploring Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching is a 3-month one on one coaching program designed to align personal values with passion and skills to provide a tool for clarity and direction through times of transition.
One Time or Automatic Monthly Renewal: By enrolling in the Program, Participants have a choice of a one time payment or 3 monthly payments. If choosing the monthly payment option, Participant acknowledges and agrees to 3 automatic monthly payments. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed each month, and the Participant's credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: Participants have the right to cancel their subscription with one month's written notice without incurring any additional fees. To cancel, Participants must contact our support team at jen@theingeniouscoach.com. Payments for partial months will not be refunded.
Refund Policy: The Exploring Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching Program does not offer refunds for partial months. Participants can cancel at any time. If you've chosen the one time option, the fee for unused months will be refunded.
Non-Medical Program: Exploring Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching Program is an educational and coaching program. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness. Participants are advised to consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health-related concerns.
Participant Responsibility: Participants understand that the success of the Program depends on their commitment, engagement, and active participation. They agree to make a genuine effort to follow through on the provided instructions, complete all exercises and take action on self-chosen activities.
Confidentiality: All information shared by the Participant during coaching sessions and interactions with the Coach will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property: All Program materials, including videos, worksheets, and coaching content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Program materials without prior written consent.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude throughout the Program. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in the termination of participation without a refund.
Disclaimer: While the Program aims to provide valuable insights and strategies, results may vary from person to person. Participants accept full responsibility for their actions and outcomes during and after the Program.
Modification of Terms: The organizers of the Program reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes and will have the option to opt-out if they do not agree with the revised terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By enrolling in the Exploring Your Legacy Monthly One on One, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. They also acknowledge that they have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Program with full knowledge of its nature and contents.
