My name is Jennifer Mallory, and I help entrepreneurs and leaders design a Next Chapter that feels as good as it looks.

Pioneering the New

My career has always been about translating big ideas into human connection. Long before "community management" was a buzzword, I was at ABC News and The Walt Disney Company as an Associate Producer, building the first waves of online community. I learned early on that attention is a currency, and integrity is the only way to keep it.

I carried that spirit into the bulk of my career working side-by-side with entrepreneurs. As a Team Leader at Keller Williams, I spent over six years guiding business owners through market shifts, organizational chaos, and the isolation of leadership.

I learned that whether you are in a boardroom or building a business from scratch, the challenge is the same: How do I stay true to myself while scaling my impact?

How We Work Together

I founded Ingenious Coaching and Consulting on a simple premise: You already have the answers; you just need a better way to access them.

My clients describe my approach as "dialogue delivery." I don’t speak at you; I think with you. I provide a "safe container for dangerous ideas"—a space where you can be vulnerable enough to admit what isn't working, and challenged enough to build what will.

We work through the lens of what is Creative, Resourceful, and Original within you. We don’t fix you, because you aren't broken. We unlayer you.
