THE FORMAT
Our work together unfolds over four dedicated sessions per month:
- Weeks 1 & 3: Thought Partnering (45 minutes, Zoom): Delve into deeper dimensions of thought through a blend of coaching and insightful exercises.
- Weeks 2 & 4: Check-In (15 minutes, Phone): Reflect on your discoveries, observations, and refine your personalized path of exploration.
- Final Session: Culmination (45 minutes): Celebrate your progress, fine-tune your plan, and address any lingering questions.
While the exploration is designed to be completed in three months, I understand that scheduling conflicts arise, so you have the flexibility to complete the work within five months.

By the end of this journey, you will have:
