Living Your Legacy is a six month program that aligns your inspiration, aspiration and motivation to create a personal and professional life of your dreams.

Working in three stages, we will

1) Unearth deeply held values that are foundational to your legacy
2) Examine the patterns, the thoughts and habits that have repeatedly sabotaged your vision
3) Mitigate those self-sabotaging behaviors and address the energy-zappers that keep you from living your legacy

At the end of the program, you will emerge calm, confident, sure of yourself with a uniquely aligned plan to help you Live Your Legacy, every day.

Six months of private, one on one coaching, includes:
* Two 45-minute monthly calls
* Two 15-minute monthly laser coaching calls
* Full Positive Intelligence 6 week Boot Camp, with weekly 1-hour POD call and app access for one year
* Two BONUS Advanced Positive Intelligence calls

I offer a 10% discount for full payment at the start of our engagement. When you pay in full, if you decide to cancel our coaching agreement, I will refund the money for the future months we do not work together.

Living Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Living Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching ("the Program"). By enrolling in this Program, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Description: The Living Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching is an 6-month one on one coaching program designed to enhance emotional intelligence, develop positive mental habits, and improve overall well-being.
One Time or Automatic Monthly Renewal: By enrolling in the Program, Participants have a choice of a one time payment or 6 monthly payments. If choosing the monthly payment option, Participant acknowledges and agrees to 6 automatic monthly payments. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed each month, and the Participant's credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: Participants have the right to cancel their subscription with one month's written notice without incurring any additional fees. To cancel, Participants must contact our support team at jen@theingeniouscoach.com. Payments for partial months will not be refunded.
Refund Policy: The Living Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching Program does not offer refunds for partial months. Participants can cancel at any time.
Non-Medical Program: Living Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching Program is an educational and coaching program. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness. Participants are advised to consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health-related concerns.
Participant Responsibility: Participants understand that the success of the Program depends on their commitment, engagement, and active participation. They agree to make a genuine effort to follow through on the provided instructions, complete all exercises and take action on self-chosen activities.
Confidentiality: All information shared by the Participant during coaching sessions and interactions with the Coach will be kept confidential, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property: All Program materials, including videos, worksheets, and coaching content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Program materials without prior written consent.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude throughout the Program. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in the termination of participation without a refund.
Disclaimer: While the Program aims to provide valuable insights and strategies, results may vary from person to person. Participants accept full responsibility for their actions and outcomes during and after the Program.
Modification of Terms: The organizers of the Program reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes and will have the option to opt-out if they do not agree with the revised terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By enrolling in the Living Your Legacy Monthly One on One Coaching Program, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. They also acknowledge that they have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Program with full knowledge of its nature and contents.
