Sustainable Business Worksprint: Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Sustainable Business Worksprint ("the Program"). By enrolling in this Program, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Description: The Sustainable Business Worksprint is a customized one on one coaching program designed to educate a participant on the foundations of a sustainable business and the models to that support it.

Cancellation Policy: Participants have the right to cancel their contract with one month's written notice without incurring any additional fees. To cancel, Participants must contact our support team at jen@theingeniouscoach.com. Payments for partial months will not be refunded.

Refund Policy: The Sustainable Business Worksprint does not offer refunds for partial months. Participants can cancel at any time.

Non-Medical Program: Sustainable Business Worksprint is an educational and coaching program. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness. Participants are advised to consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health-related concerns.

Participant Responsibility: Participants understand that the success of the Program depends on their commitment, engagement, and active participation. They agree to make a genuine effort to follow through on the provided instructions, complete all exercises and take action on self-chosen activities.

Confidentiality: All information shared by the Participant during coaching sessions and interactions with the Coach will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property: All Program materials, including videos, worksheets, and coaching content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Program materials without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude throughout the Program. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in the termination of participation without a refund.

Disclaimer: While the Program aims to provide valuable insights and strategies, results may vary from person to person. Participants accept full responsibility for their actions and outcomes during and after the Program.

Modification of Terms: The organizers of the Program reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes and will have the option to opt-out if they do not agree with the revised terms.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
