The subscription auto-renews each month, allowing members to stay engaged in their positive transformation without interruption.

Ingenious People GROW: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ingenious People GROW ("the Program"). By enrolling in this Program, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Description: The Ingenious People GROW Program is an ongoing monthly subscription-based coaching program designed to enhance emotional intelligence, develop positive mental habits, and improve overall well-being.
Automatic Monthly Renewal: By enrolling in the Program, Participants acknowledge and agree to automatic monthly renewals. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed each month, and the Participant's credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: Participants have the right to cancel their subscription at any time without incurring any additional fees. To cancel, Participants must contact our support team at jen@theingeniouscoach.com. The cancellation will be effective immediately, and no further charges will be made.
Refund Policy: The Ingenious People GROW Program does not offer refunds for partial months. Participants can cancel at any time, and their access to the Mental Fitness for Ingenious People Program materials will remain available for one year following the cancellation date.
Non-Medical Program: Ingenious People GROW is an educational and coaching program. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness. Participants are advised to consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health-related concerns.
Participant Responsibility: Participants understand that the success of the Program depends on their commitment, engagement, and active participation. They agree to make a genuine effort to follow the provided instructions and complete the exercises.
Confidentiality: All information shared by the Participant during coaching sessions and interactions with the Coach will be kept confidential, except as required by law. Participants agree to keep the content of their group POD meetings confidential.
Intellectual Property: All Program materials, including videos, worksheets, and coaching content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Program materials without prior written consent.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude throughout the Program. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in the termination of participation without a refund.
Disclaimer: While the Program aims to provide valuable insights and strategies, results may vary from person to person. Participants accept full responsibility for their actions and outcomes during and after the Program.
Modification of Terms: The organizers of the Program reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes and will have the option to opt-out if they do not agree with the revised terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By enrolling in the Ingenious People GROW Program, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. They also acknowledge that they have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Program with full knowledge of its nature and contents.
